ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012-13 SEASON IS NOW OPEN.
Please note GFEMHA will be doing the raffle again for the whole association. The amount of the raffle book that you will be getting at the beginning of the season is included in the fee structure below.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT OF FEES FOR THE 2012-13 SEASON
All players must be paid in full BEFORE first FALL ice time (including travel tryouts). Under no circumstances will players be permitted on the ice without being paid in full. PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL BY JULY 14TH TO GET THE BENEFIT OF THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT THIS SEASON.
TRAVEL AND SELECT INFORMATION
TRYOUT FEES – There will be a $25 fee for TRAVEL AND SELECT tryouts this year. Tryout fees must be paid by CASH only at tryout registration. Please note – the $25 fee is for the first 3 tryouts of the team being tried out for. If for whatever reason a player is unable to attend one or more of the first 3 tryousts, the $25 fee is still payable and the player may not receive 3 ice times.
TRAVEL FEES - $25 tryout fee + TBA per player (once selected for the team)
SELECT FEES - $25 tryout fee + TBA per player (once selected for the team)
Players must reside in the Town of Fort Erie or on a NRP to play travel (OMHA residency rule).
Players who do not reside in the Town of Fort Erie may play Select (Tryouts TBA) if they are entering their third consecutive year in GFEMHA.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We will accept post dated cheque(s) dated the 15th and 30th or each month up to August 30th. However, to receive the early bird discount, final payment must be dated no later than July 14th.
After August 30th, we will accept credit card, money order, certified cheque, cash or debit payments only.
NOTE – WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNCERTIFIED CHEQUES DATED AFTER AUGUST 30TH.
If you would like to pay by credit card and did not do so when registering, either come in to the hockey office on one of the payment dates listed below or call the minor hockey office at 905-871-7191.

MAIL SLOT: Drop cheque(s) or money order (NO CASH) through the mail slot in the GFEMHA Office Door, located at the far end of the Kinsmen Rink at the Leisureplex. (No uncertified cheques dated after August 30th)
If you are going to pay by any method other than online credit card, you will have to select either ‘cheque’ or ‘money order’ – even if you plan to pay by debit or cash.

All returned payments (e.g. NSF, Stop Payment, Account Closure, etc.) will be subjected to a $30 Administrative Fee and must be replaced with 10 days of notification by cash, certified cheque, debit, money order or credit card. The player will not be permitted to play until replacement funds are received.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be issued only upon written request.
- Please submit your request to GFEMHA to the Treasurer by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) , fax 905-871-3457, or through the mail slot at the GFEMHA Office in the Kinsmen Rink at the Leisureplex.
- Provide the players name, name to make cheque payable and address to send refund cheque
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing from time of notification.
- Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank.
- There will be a $30 fee charged for NSF cheques.
- Administration fee of $25 will apply
- The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
- On or before Oct 15th – 75%; Nov 15th – 60%; Dec 15th – 35%; Jan 10th – 20% ; after Jan 10th – 0%
