Online Registration for the 2010-2011 season is OPEN

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT OF FEES FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON

Starting this season, all players must be paid in full BEFORE first ice time (including travel tryouts).

Under no circumstances will players be permitted on the ice without being paid in full

If you have any questions about this or if you have an outstanding balance, please contact the treasurer by email as soon as possible

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT -

Players must be registered AND PAID IN FULL by August 15th to get the benefit of the early bird discount.

*** EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT -

Players must be registered AND PAID IN FULL by August 15th to get the benefit of the early bird discount this year.

TRYOUT FEES - There will be a $25 fee for TRAVEL & SELECT tryouts this year. Tryout fees must be paid by CASH only at tryout registration. Players are assured a minimum of 3 ice times.

Travel Fees - $25 tryout fee + $300 per player (once selected for the team)

Select Fees - $25 tryout fee + $275 per player (once selected for the team)

Players must reside in the Town of Fort Erie to play travel (OMHA residency rule).

Travel Tryouts will begin in late August or early September, click here for tryout schedule

Players who do not reside in the Town of Fort Erie may play Select (Tryouts TBA) if they are entering

their third consecutive year in GFEMHA.

IMPORTANT Payment Information:

�	We will accept post dated cheque(s) dated the 15^th and 30^th of each month up to September 15th HOWEVER, to receive the early bird discount, final payment must be dated no later than August 15th.
�	After September 15th, we will accept credit card, money order, certified cheque, cash or debit payments only. NOTE - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNCERTIFIED CHEQUES DATED AFTER SEPTEMBER 15th
�	If you would like to pay by credit card and did not do so when registering, either come in to one of the payment dates or call the minor hockey office at 905-871-7191 and leave a message.
�	All players must be paid in full BEFORE first ice time (including travel tryouts). Under no circumstances will players be permitted on the ice without being paid in full. Payment dates: Cheque, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card or Debit at the GFEMHA Office.

NOTE - We will have a computer available to register if you do not have access to a computer, however you may experience a lengthy wait if the computer is being used by other participants - it would be better to use the Library or friend's computer for registration purposes.

Payment dates and times are as follows:

�	During Office Hours	Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
�	Saturday, July 17	10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
�	SUNDAY, August 15	10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (FINAL DAY TO PAY TO GET EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT!)

Certified Cheque, Money Order, Cash or Debit ONLY after September 15th
�	SUNDAY, September 12	10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
�	At first week of House League ice - by Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash only

Please include a copy of your invoice with your payment to avoid any confusion.

Please make cheque(s) or money order to G.F.E.M.H.A.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO AUGUST 15TH & MUST BE POST DATED TO NO LATER THAN AUGUST 15TH TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

Mail Slot: Drop cheque(s) or money order (NO CASH) through the mail slot in the GFEMHA Office Door, located at the far end of the Kinsmen Rink at the Leisureplex. (No uncertified cheques dated after September 15th)

If you are going to pay by any method other than online credit card, you will have to select either 'cheque' or 'money order' - even if you plan to pay by debit or cash.

IF YOU CHOOSE "OTHER" PAYMENT OPTION AND WOULD LIKE TO PAY BY ONLINE CREDIT CARD AT A LATER DATE, PLEASE COME TO ONE OF THE PAYMENT DATES (ABOVE) OR CALL THE MINOR HOCKEY OFFICE AT 905-871-7191

All returned payments (e.g. NSF, Stop Payment, Account Closure, etc.) will be subject to a $30 Administrative Fee and must be replaced within

10 days of notification by cash, certified cheque or money order. The player will not be permitted to play until replacement funds are received.

REFUND POLICY

� Refunds will be issued only upon written request.

� Please submit your request to GFEMHA to the Treasurer by email (treasurer@forteriehockey.com), fax (905-871-3457), or through the mail slot at the GFEMHA Office in the Kinsmen Rink at the Leisureplex.

� Provide the players name; name to make cheque payable and address to send refund cheque.

� Please allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks for processing from time of notification.

� Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank.

� There will be a $30 fee charged for NSF cheques.

� Administration fee of $25 will apply

� The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

On or before Oct 15^th � 75%; Nov 15^th - 60%; Dec 15^th - 35%; Jan 10^th - 20%; after Jan 10^th - 0%
