- Refunds will be issued only upon written request.
- Please submit your request to GFEMHA to the Treasurer by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), fax (905-871-3457), or through the mail slot at the GFEMHA Office in the Kinsmen Rink at the Leisureplex.
- Provide the players name; name to make cheque payable and address to send refund cheque.
- Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for processing from time of notification.
- Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank.
- There will be a $30 fee charged for NSF cheques.
- Administration fee of $25 will apply
The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
On or before Oct 15th – 75%; Nov 15th - 60%; Dec 15th - 35%; Jan 10th - 20%; after Jan 10th - 0%
