Individuals that have expressed an interest or have interest in becoming an official must pre-register
in the following manner (Spaces are available for interested parties, male and female, in various age categories. 

Openings are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis)

For individuals 18 years of age and over as of December 31, 2009 You must:

  • Obtain a Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening)
  • Place the Police Record Check in a sealed envelope
  • Write your "name" and "Police Record Check" on the envelope
  • Bring envelope to the clinic. 

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO ANY CLINIC
WITHOUT A POLICE RECORD CHECK (WHERE APPLICABLE)

On average, it takes four to six weeks to have a Police Record Check completed however,
ALLIANCE Hockey has an agreement with the company 3Ci - Crime Check Compliance Inc. 
They may be of assistance to you in obtaining your Police Record Check
if you should choose to use them as 3Ci can complete a Police Record Check within 24 hours.

***  NOTE  *** If you have already completed a police check for any OHF Partner league
or the Alliance, you will be required to complete a Declaration upon your arrival at the clinic
