bring skates, whistle
(metal, fingergrip officials whistle) and helmet and be prepared
to skate for a 1 hour on ice training session |
Lunch will be provided after ice session
Individuals that have expressed an
interest or have interest in becoming an official must pre-register
in the following manner (Spaces are available for interested parties,
male and female, in various age categories.
Openings are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve
basis)

For individuals 18 years of age
and over as of December 31, 2009 You must:

Obtain
a Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening)

Place
the Police Record Check in a sealed envelope

Write
your "name" and "Police Record Check" on the envelope

Bring
envelope to the clinic.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO ANY CLINIC
WITHOUT A POLICE RECORD CHECK (WHERE APPLICABLE)
On average, it takes four to six weeks to have a Police Record Check
completed however,
ALLIANCE Hockey has an agreement with the company 3Ci - Crime Check
Compliance Inc.
They may be of assistance to you in obtaining your Police Record Check
if you should choose to use them as 3Ci can complete a Police Record
Check within 24 hours.
